Cancun

This past week Michael and I got to go to Cancun with all of the APX people. We left last Saturday and just got home! Cancun was amazing, it was so beautiful and green and warm! It was a blast hanging out with all of our friends and experiencing Cancun! The first night we were there. A bunch of us decided to go to this club, which we were told only cost 20$ per person. Well when we got there it ended up being 50 dollars per person, so we decided that none of us really wanted to go. Well while we were standing outside the club, this crazy guy came up to us with this huge yellow snake. I about died, i hate snakes with a passion. He was doing a fund raiser, so if we wanted to hold and take pictures of the snake we had to gave him ten dollars. Well i was not about to hold the snake but i took pictures of everyone else who did hold it. After that we all kinda just walked around and went to different places in town. It was so different from Utah and Idaho, but it was fun being there. On Sunday a group of us went to this park a couple of hours away. Oh it was awesome. There was so much to do. we went snorkeling, and saw alot of pretty fish and also some scary big fish. I loved the part when we went on a bike ride through the jungle!! There were huge trees growing in the path so we had to weave in between them. We got to jump of some cliffs, and we got to hold parrots! There was a huge iguana that we could have held but i was more into the birds. When we were all done playing and went to go home, our van we rented would not start. Well we could not find the battery, so since it was stick the boys decided to try and jump star it. Us girls went back inside while they worked their magic. After several times of pushing the van and it not starting they decided to look harder for the battery. Well they found it under the drivers seat, jumped it and we were on our way back home. everyone in Mexico was so nice and friendly, they were always making sure we were taking care of. We got free drinks at our hotel, i think we had like 10 pinacolads a day. Then on Monday we went and played in the ocean and sun tanned. I love the ocean, other then it is not fun drinking the salt water and getting it in your eyes. We went boogie boarding and i was so excited, but i got my trash kicked. I got hit by so many waves and just flipped and spun in the water. After playing in the water for a while, Cam, Stac, Chris,hailee, mike and I rented scooters and drove all over Cancun!! I love scooters it was so fun driving around in them. Chris and cam speak Spanish so it was alot of fun talking to the locals. It was such a beautiful day!! On our last day it was raining but still warm out side. so mike, chris hailee and I went and rode the scooters again we got so wet but it was still fun. We had to leave a 2, so we did not have alot of time to do to much. I was sad to leave, we had sch a great time. I loved hanging out with all of our friends and just having a great time!
