Christmas

For Christmas Michael and I got to go home to Idaho and be with my family! And as usually it was a lot of fun and freezing cold! On our way up, Dantz,Adam and Mike took a detour and went to Lava Hot Springs. I love that place, the warm water is amazing and it was so beautiful with the snow falling! After we swam for a while we headed up to Rexburg. The week was very Chill, we did last min. shopping, made yummy food, and played games, it was just great being home. It felt weird not having everyone else there, we missed them,especially the little ones!! On Christmas Eve, our cousin Michon and her boys came over for a very amazing dinner. We also got to use my great grandparents sweet antique lamp during dinner, it was very romanic! After dinner, dad read the christmas story then... mom made us wear these way sweet hats and sing christmas songs,it was alot of fun. Then someone decided that the dogs needed to wear them as well, oh my we laughed so hard. Rambo(black lab) was very cool and actually liked the hat. Bree(border collie) would hardly keep it on long enough to get a picture. Mom had a great idea to try and stay awake all night so at 12 we were playing ticket to ride and drinking monsters, or at least i was! During the game I got a call from my cousin Damon who is on a mission in the Philippines. It was so good to talk to him, he has grown so much. I miss that kid he was always my bud, but i am proud of him and the work he is doing! Anyways after the game Mom went to bed and us kids watched a movie under the christmas tree. Mike and I are the only was who stayed up. Close to 5 we called it quits and went to bed, we never did catch santa coming down the chimney, but somehow we still got all the presents we wanted! The best part of christmas was just being with the family and building more memories! I love them, they are the best!

Oh Rambo our big baby. He is the most cuddly dog. He has to be right on top of you at all times. But we love him and he makes a sweet looking elf!
